You are welcome to return your item for a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase. However, items must be returned in their original condition and postage must be paid by the buyer. Although I do my best to package an item, sometimes an item may be damaged in the mail. On this occasion the buyer is to take photos and notify me asap and a full or partial refund will be given.
